Easy French Crepes Recipe (5 Ingredients, No Rest Time)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.
  2. Add flour, salt, and sugar. Mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in melted butter.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  5. Pour ¼ cup batter and swirl to spread evenly.
  6. Cook 1–2 minutes per side.

Tips
