- 500g salmon fillet (skin removed, cubed)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions
Step 1: Season Salmon
Pat salmon dry. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
Step 2: Cook
Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook salmon cubes 2–3 minutes per side until crispy.
Step 3: Make Sauce
Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and lemon juice.
Pour into pan and cook 2–3 minutes until glaze thickens.
Step 4: Garnish
Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onion before serving.
